Please see my comments below, I have used both of them myself;
The original TNPF12/13 had the original glass tips and was also a slightly thicker blank. It had the original Tournament reel seat in place with a full cork handle, action wise it was a bit softer than the newer Airity but I would say more versatile as the old tips went from 1oz to 4oz Carbon. I used mine for medium feeder fishing for Skimmers, long distance feeder fishing at 13ft plus a good method rod in both lengths. It was also versatile enough to use on running waters. I believe they now fetch a small fortune ion the second hard market.
The new Airity has a slimmer crisper blank, I used one yesterday to cast 60 metres with a 50 gram window feeder with Braid and a 8lb mono shock leader. It is stiffer but not too stiff, I used the 1/12 oz. tip. The tips are the Mega Top Carbon material. The tips only go up to 2 ounces so it’s not as versatile as the original model. Casting wise the X45B makes a difference in its casting accuracy, I’m not the best and was very accurate yesterday. You can now also get some big guide quivers which are lovely for fishing with Braid and a shock leader. There is also the new standard Carbon quivers which are a cheaper alternative.
If I had to make a choice to purchase 1, I would say Both!!
